- Full case of the same wine → 15% off

Do you price-match?
We do our best to stay competitive. Bring in a current local ad or link and we'll work with you on identical, in-stock items whenever we can.

Yes — 5% off for active military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS every day with valid ID. Cannot combine with other discounts.

A formal loyalty program is in the works. In the meantime, our weekly email subscribers get early access to specials — sign up from any page.
Products & Special Orders
Selection, availability, and finding that one bottle.
Can you special-order a bottle you don't carry?
Often, yes. If your distributor has it in Wisconsin, we can usually order it. Contact us with the brand, vintage, and size and we'll check availability and lead time — typically 2–10 business days.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — physical gift cards in any denomination from $25 up, available in-store. They don't expire and work for any product in the shop. See Gift Cards for details.
Do you carry Wisconsin-made wines, spirits, and beers?
Yes — we keep a rotating selection of Wisconsin distilleries, wineries, and breweries in stock year-round. Ask any staff member for current local picks.
Do you stock non-alcoholic wine, beer, and spirits?
Yes, a growing section — N/A beers, sparkling alternatives, and a few N/A spirits. Stock shifts quickly; call if you're making a special trip.
Events & Tastings
Everything from First Friday to full weddings.
Do you host tastings?
Yes — monthly First Friday wine tastings, quarterly bourbon flights, and a rotating schedule of craft-beer Saturdays. Full calendar on the Events page.
Do you help plan weddings, corporate events, or private parties?
Yes. We help with guest-count-based quantity planning, bulk pricing, delivery to the venue, and free returns on unopened product for qualifying event orders. See our Events page or contact us for a quote.
How far in advance should I book a large event order?
For weddings and 100+ guest events, 3–4 weeks ahead is ideal. Smaller gatherings usually just need a few days. Rush orders are often possible — just call.
Legal & Policies
Returns, ID, and the boring-but-important stuff.
What's your return policy?
By Wisconsin law, alcohol sales are generally final. If a bottle is corked, flawed, or damaged, bring it back with the receipt and we'll make it right. For event orders, unopened product in resale condition can often be returned — ask at the time of order.
Do I need ID to purchase?
Yes. Wisconsin law requires valid government-issued photo ID for anyone who appears under 40. In-store, delivery, and pickup all require 21+ ID at handoff.
How do I verify my age on the website?
Our site shows an age gate on first visit — you must confirm you're 21+. All deliveries and in-store purchases still require valid ID.
Do you share my contact info with anyone?
No. We don't sell or share customer data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
