Built by a Neighbor,

Paul's Wine & Liquor opened in 2022 on a simple idea: Milwaukee deserves a neighborhood liquor store that feels like one. No fluorescent warehouse. No distracted staff. Just a thoughtfully stocked room, fair prices, and someone behind the counter who can actually recommend a bottle.

We built the shop from the ground up to carry the brands our neighbors ask for — Weller, Blanton's, Buffalo Trace, Tito's, Grey Goose, Don Julio, Modelo, Miller, New Glarus — alongside hand-picked finds you don't see everywhere: natural wines, small-production bourbons, local craft cans. If you can't find it, we'll try to get it.

Today we're proud to serve Greenfield, Milwaukee, West Allis, Hales Corners, Franklin, Oak Creek, and the surrounding south side — one bottle, one recommendation, one conversation at a time. Thank you for shopping local.

2022

We Opened Our Doors

Paul's Wine & Liquor welcomed its first customer in April 2022 on South 27th Street — a freshly stocked, carefully curated bottle shop in the heart of Greenfield.

2023

Grew the Wine Program

Expanded from 200 to 500+ wines, adding natural wines, Wisconsin-made wines, and allocated Napa Cabs. Launched monthly tasting nights.

2024

Rare & Allocated Bourbon

Built out our allocated bourbon program — Weller, Blanton's, E.H. Taylor, Eagle Rare — by partnering directly with Wisconsin distributors.
